The thing about this place is that everybody is too involved in each other's lives. You all need to step back and get some perspective on what actually matters - and that isn't petty rows with people you don't think are good enough to be associated with you or your friends. It isn't going behind somebody's back in the most deceptive way possible and then expecting gifts in return. It isn't labelling somebody you don't even know with the vilest words you can muster. I have two words for the entire lot: grow up. I'd expected more from university. My close friends here (specifically those I met while doing Philosophy) mean a lot to me and it would be disrespectful to them for me to say that my time here has been totally awful. They've brightened my life a lot, broadened my horizons in many respects, and inadvertently stopped me from actually killing myself. The rest of you though? Seriously, grow up.
